These Terms of Service apply to your use of zicboo.com and purchases made through our online store.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, screen settings and device differences.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

An automatic order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean we have accepted it.

Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, depending on the order-processing system used for your purchase.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated UK delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping charges are:

  1. Orders up to £50: £5.99
  2. Orders over £50: Free standard shipping

7. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Zicboo remains responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or another person you have identified to receive them, subject to applicable law.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Zicboo offers a voluntary 30-day return period, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

For most eligible online purchases, UK consumers may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods and normally have another 14 days to return them.

9. FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS

If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you may have statutory remedies.

Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, original content on zicboo.com, including branding, written content and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Zicboo.
